Rather useless

Rather useless. Couldn't provide me with any answers. Gave me the wrong information.

Charge a lot of money for you to park where your lease allows you to park. Should be monitoring the site and getting their fees through the tickets for non-permit holders.

Excellent team. Set up a site with them in February…

Set up a site with them in February 2025 for land I own which had unwanted parkers every day. The drivers were rude and aggressive if I asked them to move on. They left their litter and it was ASB. They resolved all my parking issues within 2 months, I wish I used them quicker.

The ladies in the office are so helpful and knowledgeable and they are very quick at resolving any issues or queries I had.

Their team still attends my site daily although they havent issued any fines for ages.
I would highly recommend them.

Disgraceful scammers

Disgraceful scammers, you gave me 2 tickets for parking in my own bay in central house e15 2ns which I have paid a lot of money to purchase. Even though cars park there for days without permit in other bays, you choose to gave me ticket even though my bay number is visible and the hologram was slightly covered but visible if you go close to the car. Your attendants are very lazy to do their job properly and applying vulture tactics.

Bunch of crooks!

About 11 days ago, I got a PCN for supposedly not displaying a valid permit. I appealed it, and the ticket was cancelled because they couldn’t provide evidence to back it up - clearly the warden didn’t do their job properly.

This morning, I woke up and saw another PCN on my car. This time they claimed I didn’t have a valid e-permit, even though my paper permit was clearly on display in the same place as before. I haven’t moved my car, and nothing has changed since the last ticket.

What really gets me is that other residents here also have paper permits in their cars - all clearly visible - and none of them got tickets. So why was mine singled out?

To make matters worse, this PCN was issued at 3:05am, when it was still dark. So what exactly did the warden see? It makes me wonder: is the warden blind, drunk, or just incompetent? Or is Park Direct UK handing out tickets randomly with no proper checks?

I’ve asked again for photographic evidence, but I’m tired of having to keep appealing when I’ve done nothing wrong. If this keeps happening, I’m going to take it further.

I am disabled and I have a blue badge.

I parked legally showing my blue badge. I only left my car for 30 mins and grabbed a coffee. I then returned to my car and found a parking fine from this company.

This is disgusting behaviour!

Furthermore where I Parked there was other blue badge holders all of them had tickets.

Also people that even had there own car parking spaces was ticketed.

I have apposed to this and awaiting the out come I will not be giving a penny to them criminals!

Parking space PCN scams

As many others have eluded on here this company loves to charge people for parking in their own space. A law unto themselves they catch people on loopholes and probably do not train their staff adequately for them to recognise which car parks in the same spot day and night. In the most recent incident I was handed a PCN for parking in my own spot on 24Dec24 whereas I was out of the country for most of December only returning in January and the car did not move the entire time. So I wasn’t charged for any other day apart from the 24th which is ludicrous. I have a parking permit for the spot in my car and it is displayed. If ever you do appeal you will be met with a silly reason stating the parking permit was not visible. It’s nothing short of harassment and I genuinely pray they go out of business.

Profiteering

While staying at Premier Inn I parked in the free parking bays assigned for the purpose. I entered, as usual, my reg plate into the terminal provided for the purpose. Having been caught out before I took photos of the process, which is how I know that I managed to swap the two numbers in the numerical part of the registration.

My woes were multiplied by the failure of Royal Mail to deliver any PCN until it was already in the hands of debt recovery (who continually ignored my attempts to contact them by their web page).

I can't help but believe that this system is designed purposefully in such a way as to provide a large number of defaulters, increasing the profits of the Parking service.

The terminal provides no proof that you have entered any information and no way to check that the information you have entered is correct.

It has no way of connecting your entry with your hotel reservation (which is strange since you get 24 hour parking if you are a guest at the hotel but only two hours if you are simply visiting the restaurant) and might allow you to check your reg plate against one held in the booking system.

Parking Direct membership might also be useful as it could hold your reg details and make mistakes rarer (but of course this would mean that their profits would go down.

Absolute scam artists

Absolute scam artists. We followed their instructions at the Premier Inn only to be hit with a fine. They failed to provide the logs for the time we advised we used the machine. Complained to the independent arbitration who are equally as useless

This company is disgusting

This company is disgusting! I received a PCN even though I had a valid parking permit on my dashboard and I was parked in my own designated bay outside my own flat! My appeal was rejected because apparently my permit wasn't fully visible from the front window. The permit had slipped down my dashboard ever so slightly and a small part was obstructed by my windscreen but it was fully visible from the side window.

Scam company

Company is a scam, just after few easy pounds to destroy people life. One the place I do grocery has set them up for customers. Their policy are cheap excuse to rob people off money.

I have never seen shopping store stopping people from returning to store within 2 hours. If you want to return item, you are screwed as after leaving their controlled parking you can’t come back same day. In my case I visit at night, couldn’t come back under their policy. I was leaving town and wasn’t around for few weeks and they don’t care about customer of store.

Overall ripoff company that is going screw your customer base.

Crooks live among us

Crooks live among us

They think what they're doing is legal. And it is, but that doesn't make it right.

You can't barely the new signage as prior to this we were able to park in Slough Aldi car park for a few hours and return if we needed to. Recently they've added this conniving legal requirement, of no return within 2 hours. It's horrible.

I went to Aldi, forgot my wallet. Had to return as I was going abroad and leaving the kids with their grandparents. So under duress and stress I didn't see the signage and returned within 10 minutes to buy my goods as I couldn't let me kids starve and was getting late for my flight.

A week later what do I see? This lovely notice in my post. £100!

Honest to God there are a lot of evil people today operating within legal boundaries. Just because it's legal, doesn't make it right. And because it's not right, these people will really need to answer to god when they die. Rotten to the core.
