My Siemens part was exactly as described. New and in a sealed factory carton. I received several email updates on the status of my order. I was given tracking information and received a notice when it was delivered. It took less that 2 weeks to arrive at my location in the USA.

Initially very disappointed!
Initially very disappointed that my parts had not arrived after 5 days, despite paying £6 carriage. However, all was resolved and my package was redirected on a 24hr service directly to my customer, with sincere apologies from the company. Will definitely recommend a company that admits its mistakes and then sorts them out. Thankyou very much Stuart.
