Ease of ordering , well priced and great service.

I was unaware of this company until I was doing some research on an item I wanted. Very competitively priced and would be happy to do business with them again.

Terrible customer service! Item broke after around 12 months, eventually replaced after some difficulty and then replacement also broke. Replacement comes with a 24month warranty from manufacturer which was confirmed by manufacturer customer services and forwarded onto Parkem. Retailer just needs to submit the claim to manufacturer but are refusing to do so and no longer responding to correspondence

Delivery time was exceptional, next day delivery. I ordered a desk top fan which unfortunately didn’t work when I switched it on.
I tried multiple times to get through on the phone line which just rang out so I was starting to get worried.
I need not have been concerned as when I tried again the next day the phone was answered first time.
The member of staff was very apologetic and reassured me.
He sent out a replacement fan that arrived promptly the next day and emailed a free label to return the faulty item.
First class service and I absolutely love my retro style fan.
Highly recommended!

Product arrived damaged and not accepted from courier. No response from Parkem

Received my item 7 days ago.
It was stated that the item came with a European plug but a UK adaptor was included with the item.
When I opened the item the adaptor was missing.
I called Parkem and sat on hold for ages so tried their chat (No reply) and also emailed (No reply)
I called everyday and last Thursday @ 2:30 the chat line had a message saying "We are sorry our offices are now closed" But their opening hours state they are open till 6:30 PM in the end I tried option 1 (retail store) who told me that they cannot help as they are a chemist but would call the helpline number (they didn't believe me) they called the number and it gave them the same message! No replies to chats, emails or the phone lines!

Sent me an item which was not described online. Returned it back. Still have not received my refund

Excellent priced product and promptly delivered. The Google home speaker stands were so cheap (about 1|3rd of the price elsewhere) that I very nearly didn't buy them because they seemed too good to be true. 👀 Thank you
