False advertisement in both how they…

False advertisement in both how they picture their items on the website and in how they deal with refunds. The shoes I got said "walking" on multiple sides, which tells me they take photos of good products, and then send probably throw out items from China that are super cheaply made, but overcharge. The shoes also were coming apart at the threading, and when I showed them in photos, they said thats how they come. If you send the shoes back for a refund you'll be paying for your own shipping which no doubt is over $50. And then they offer a credit instead, which is only 70%, but you cannot use the credit without spending money. It literally says cannot purchase as limit is too low? As if they didn't set up that error themselves to get you to pay them more.

Never again!

Oh no! I received a pair of ladies fisherman sandals not what I expected. Opened the package and instead of smelling like leather it smelled like toxic glue. I have reached out to the support time two times by email and once by phone. Emails have not been answered back and the phone call it just rang and rang then hang up on me.
The sandals not look like the pictures. As the fit the sandals are too long and too wide. The company advertised easy return with in 30 days. Don't believe it! You have to send them back to China even those the mailing label says Vernon, California.
The quality of this product is poor and customer support is nonexistent so far. I definitely would not recommend this company. It appears to be an upscale American company but is Chinese company. I'm guessing I will never receive refund from. I would say with confidence IT A SCAM! BEWARE OF PARKER AND BROOKS! IT"S NOT WHAT IT APPEARS TO BE.
More to add on May 7. 2026 I received a reply from Parker and Brooks on the Trustpilot app because of the review I posted on Trustpilot. They have not answered any of the emails I sent directly to Parker and Brooks. If this is an American why does their return policy say you need to send the shoes to China. I still want to return the sandals and get my money back.

Refunds denied!!!

This is the email I got when I requested a refund for an item that I wanted to return:

Thank you for your message and we appreciate your patience.

We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you hoped for. However, international returns are extremely complex, involving high shipping costs, lengthy customs procedures, potential import/export fees, and extended waiting times – sometimes several weeks – before we can even process the return and issue a refund.

To save you time, money, and unnecessary stress, we have prepared three much simpler and faster alternatives:

Option 1: Replacement Item (9.95 processing fee per item)
We can send you a brand new item of equal value or a replacement item – either in a different size or color. This is the quickest and most efficient solution, allowing you to receive a new product without the hassle of international shipping, customs clearance, or delays.

Option 2: Store Credit (50% of item value)
If you prefer, you can receive 50% of the item’s value as store credit, which you can use toward any product in our store at your convenience.

Option 3: Partial Refund (10% of item value)
You can opt for a partial refund of 10% back to your original payment method.

Most of our customers choose the replacement option because:

It avoids the hassle, risk, and uncertainty of international returns.
The 9.95 flat fee per item is minimal compared to the cost, time, and paperwork involved in shipping a return overseas.
You still receive a brand new item of your choice without delay.
Given the complexity and potential costs of returning the item internationally, we strongly recommend the replacement option as the most practical and stress-free solution.

Defective dress, no refund

I ordered a dress. When it arrived, I tried it on and the zipper broke as I was zipping it up. The website says they offer returns within 30 days, but They refused to refund my money, offering only 50% store credit. After pushing back, they offered 70% store credit or the option to return it TO CHINA , if I paid the shipping, which is over $70. I would lose almost all my money if I did that.
