Like Dealing with a Used Car Salesperson

Sadly, what was told would happen, didn't. Royalty for books sold was WAY less than originally told. It seemed that every time I turned around, they wanted more money. Seeing I spent well over $4,000.00, I expected better, much better. The book cover was nice. Then again, they put my personal email address in the book. I never authorized it. No feedback on sales. Overall, one step above a horrible experience. I suggest if you venture into writing and publishing a book, get options. A very sad result for a lifetime's wish.

A bit expensive but worth it.

I'm glad I didn't end up working with a vanity publisher, Betsy Williams guided me in detail about the process and we worked through their hybrid model.
The book looks great and the initial sales have already covered the upfront payment which I made to them, anybody especially first-time authors, work with Parker and ask for Betsy or Maxine, they are the best!!
