I found ordering a bit confusing, but you didn't hesitate to give me a refund. I then managed to order & pay through my PayPal account. Which is what I tried to do in the first place but I stuffed it up. The delivery did take some time to arrive. I didn't realise it had to come from China. But on the whole I was satisfied with my purchase. Thank you.

My phone feels safe to drop
The shipping is free, but it’s probably parcel post so it took forever.
Product is good.well I haven’t dropped my phone, so I don’t know just yet. The cover certainly does bulk up your phone, but, that’s what you are buying for protection. The flap where the charger goes into has broken off. I have had the case on since last Thursday morning, just on 5 days. Surely it should live longer than that!

WoW! 5-15 day delivery time - What a Joke
Wow! 5 - 15 days for delivery.
24 Hours for Customer Service to respond to Queries.
What would help is if you disclosed this in a more prominent area of your website instead of hiding it in small print in the back area of your FAQ page.
It would be quicker for me to hire a boat and row to China to pick up my order.
Clearly this is a Dropship business - Buyer Beware

Regarding the shipping timeframes stated on our website.
These can be found on every product page, our shipping & handling page and the order confirmation email you receive after placing an order.
We have to provide a broad timeframe to account for the odd occasion where packages take longer to arrive than usual. 95% of orders arrive within 5-8 days. We've checked the tracking for your order and it was delivered the day after you left your review (within the 5-8 day timeframe stated above)
I can also see that the one email we have received from you was responded to well within 24 hours.
We have sent you 2 emails to confirm receipt of your order and to check everything is in order but have not had a response.

Delighted with my RFID cover.
I wanted my phone cover quickly so I could take it on holidays to Vietnam. It was supposed to take 5–15 business days and I got it on the 7th business day. Delighted, cos I got to take it and it was brilliant. What a nice cover that kept my credit cards safe. Pretty purple colour too!
