Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Initial product arrived with defect. Parkfield immediately arranged a no fuss, no quibble replacement. Now received and all good. Impressed! :-)

Excellent design. Quality of manufacture not at the same level.

On the positive side, communication while I waited for delivery was very good. The phone case is exactly the design I was looking for and the leather is a good quality.
However, the lining on the left hand part of the wallet has detached from the leather, leading me to conclude that the quality of manufacturing isn’t up to the level I would have expected. The defect does not affect its functionality but does affect the overall experience.

Expensive and takes a long time to be…

Expensive and takes a long time to be shipped. However, as suspected, the case was worth both the money and the wait. Couldnt find any other case out there which would allow me the precise storage set up I was looking for apart from this one. Robust, well finished and secure. If you have the money and are prepared to wait, do it!

Quality product, great service

Good communication throughout, earlier than predicted delivery, well packaged. Phone case is very well made with good quality materials - looks fab. Phone fits it very securely and side buttons need much lighter push to operate. Strong magnets, zip and stitching. Glad I spent extra to get a great looking case that I have no doubt will last longer than some others…

Very good customer service would definitely reccomend this company I ordered wrong item and they sent me a replacement no hazzle and did not have to return the item I wrongly ordered excellent service thankyou
