Beyond helpful
So original parcel was delivered to wrong address, predominantly down to user error, parkfield treated me like an individual, took control of the situation and rectified it as soon as there were able to. Really wonderful staff and such a personal touch

Love it but my only issue is that it’s very hard to press the side buttons as the rubber is so thick. If that part had been left open it would have been perfect! I had to cut the rubber off the side or I couldn’t take a photo!
