Ivor is absolutely incredible and has helped and advised me re my finances and pension over several years now. He's always so prompt in his responses, with humour and understanding at all times. Real review relating the past 5 months!
In the thought of buying my first home one of my family members who also used Park Financial (Ivor) gave me his details. Everything was dealt online through emails and WhatsApp and despite not being a local broker it had no negative impact at all!
Between many I can say why choose park financial:

1- Ivor was always flexible to pick up the calls when I had questions and everything related to the mortgage was provided in writing by email. The communication was clear and recorded therefore there was no moment I felt insecure our doubtful of his expertise.

2- Ivor is very thorough with the lenders and deals available, unbiased.

3- Always with our best interest into account, showing the choices we could make yet advising which ones he deemed to be better. On the end of the day it was clear and when it comes down to numbers you can easily see which one is lower.

4- Transparency with his fees!
At the time of writing lucky for us there was none since our choice of lender pays directly to the broker without any impact in our mortgage. The amount is disclosed in the mortgage terms. There was no obligation to pay anything prior the mortgage completion.

I had been in contact with other mortgage brokers (independent and others advised by real estate agents) before and the felling was like a going to a dealership buying a car (forced sales). I didn't feel that in any moment with Ivor and I'm looking forward to re-mortgage knowing I got someone already to rely on.
