One star is because it is a good idea but we will never use ParkFlyRent again because the company is basically trying to screw you. When you return the car the agent runs out straight to a spot on the car and claims you have damaged it. We were charged our €250 deposit for a tiny scratch and a dirty mark which as far as we know was there before, ss we only used the car to get from A to B then it was securely parked. Also when we arrived to pick up the car we were charged 50% more than the quoted price on the internet.

I assure you we would never 'screw anyone', as there's simply no point in it for us: we merely make sure every car is returned in good condition. I trust my colleague walked over the damage registration with you at vehicle pickup, and when the damage was ascertained I'm sure he/she will have showed you the photos from the last vehicle checkup showing it didn't have the damage at that point?
If you wish, I'm also happy to email you a copy of the invoice of the damage repair, showing you we definitely did not profit from this damage.
Could you elaborate on why you feel you were charged 50% more? I see you paid a total of € 66,44 for your rental, which is the rental itself (€ 48,44), plus € 18,00 for reducting the excess to € 250 instead of € 1000. This excess reduction is optional, so you chose this yourself, we would never add if you didn't choose it.
I hope you would reconsider your review, and we're happy to answer any questions you might have.
