I regret having to write a negative review, but my experience with ShippersStop was very disappointing. The garage made two serious mistakes:
• The first time, the repairman forgot to install a crucial part of the brake caliper, which could have led to dangerous consequences.
• The second time, after I provided the correct tire specifications with the proper load index, the repairman still sold me tires with a lower load index. He assured me it didn’t matter, even though it is illegal to use tires with a lower load index than required.
After explaining the issue with the tires, the repairman refused to acknowledge the mistake or accept that it was against the law. Because of this, I had to replace the tires after my annual vehicle safety inspection, which confirmed they were not legal. I am truly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and responsibility.

Het spijt me om een negatieve recensie te moeten schrijven, maar mijn ervaring met ShippersStop was erg teleurstellend. De garage heeft twee ernstige fouten gemaakt:
• De eerste keer vergat de monteur een belangrijk onderdeel van de remklauw te monteren, wat gevaarlijke gevolgen had kunnen hebben.
• De tweede keer, nadat ik het juiste type band met de correcte load index had opgegeven, verkocht de monteur mij toch banden met een lagere load index. Hij verzekerde mij dat dit geen probleem was, terwijl het wettelijk niet is toegestaan om banden met een lagere load index te monteren.
Nadat ik de fout met de banden had uitgelegd, wilde de monteur de fout niet erkennen of toegeven dat het illegaal was. Hierdoor moest ik na de jaarlijkse keuring de banden vervangen, omdat ze niet aan de wettelijke eisen voldeden. Ik ben erg teleurgesteld in het gebrek aan professionaliteit en verantwoordelijkheid

They almost lost my car!

I have left the car with them for a week. The check in process was straight forward, they have registered me in their system , parked the car , handed over the car keys to them and then we have left to the airport with the transport provided by ParkFlyWash.

After a lovely week spent in Italy, we came back , followed the check-out instructions and shortly a car came to pick us up . Once arrived , I have handed over my reservation details, the guy processed the booking and handed me over a different key....! Here's where the fun begins; I though its just a minor mistake and that my car key is the next one.

I was wrong, after a couple of minutes of the guy searching for my car key , I could see the guy panicking , I started to get a bit nervous too.

They had no Idea where my car key is nor if my car is physically; I was FUMING.... THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. The incident was escalated and I had to go with one of the employees and physically look for my car , after a while I have managed to locate my car , that helped me to calm myself a little, but I was not out of the woods yet, STILL NO CAR KEY YET.... Went back to the office and after an hour of HELL they somehow pull out my car key. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They had no clear answer as of what happened . I COULD NOT BELIVE IT... I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THEM AS THE PLAQUE !!! THANKS!

We had booked with Schippersstop for parking, nearby Eindhoven airport. Helpful staff, they did good services, good price, we were so happy with it.
