The Piermer Parking in Zaventem is a dirty parking lot with extremely aggressive staff.

Parking Premium Zaventem is a parking lot with rude and unprofessional staff. This filthy parking area doesn’t even have a sign, making it difficult for customers to find.

We had reserved the parking for 14 days. First of all, the entire place reeked disgustingly of urine. There were five of us, but the driver took five more passengers in the van and asked us to put our seven-year-old child on our lap. He shoved the suitcases violently into the trunk and drove like a maniac at high speed to the airport.

After 14 days, upon our return to Zaventem, we called the parking number. It took 45 minutes before a van finally arrived, which first picked up five adults who had called earlier. Again, the driver asked us to keep our child on our lap. There was not enough space in the back of the van for our luggage, and the driver gestured for us to place the remaining suitcases under our feet.

An argument broke out, after which the driver called his colleagues. Three men arrived at once with two vans and surrounded us as if they wanted to start a fight. One of them asked me if I spoke French; when I said “no,” he rudely told me to shut up and shouted that we should take a taxi back to the parking lot.
The altercation caused our child to panic and gave my wife a nervous shock.

I am extremely angry about the rude and aggressive behavior of the staff at Parking Premium Zaventem. I strongly advise everyone not to use this parking service.

Do not use this shuttle service

Do not use this shuttle service! It might be cheap but there are better/safer options. We had to drive with 11 people in a 8+1 van. That is two people too much and in case of an accident there is no insurance. No one could wear their safety belt because of the overcrowd. Driving like a madman, not using turn indicators, van has a French license plate (instead of Belgian), probably avoiding taxi license. We were caged for 25 minutes in a stinky garage waiting for the van to arrive.
