Looking at 147 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many consumers frequently complained about extremely rude staff members, aggressive drivers, and long, highly stressful traffic queues when dealing with the airport parking services. Reviewers also reported severe vehicle damage, missing items, and poor handling after leaving their cars parked in the care of the company. Some reviewers were happy with the quick shuttle bus transfers and the genuinely helpful assistance team members encountered on site. Certain people also noted smooth initial arrivals and appreciated finding a secure, reliable environment for their vehicles during their busy travel periods.

Very long queue at 4am

Silver Zone - it took us 30 minutes to get through the vehicle inspection set-up and find a parking space at 3.30am, which was pretty stressful. Fortunately , there were then plenty of shuttle buses to take people to the terminal, so we were still there by about 4.15am for a 6.30 flight. Massive queues on the road outside as we passed on the bus - much longer than at 3.30! Definitely something to bear in mind when planning.
Smooth transfer on our return, despite long queues due to lots of flights incoming around the same time. There was a constant supply of shuttle buses back from the airport, key handover worked and the car was (thankfully) just as we'd left it. A faster entry process would have been very much appreciated, but otherwise, no complaints.

Plenty of room at the new multi storey…

Plenty of room at the new multi storey car parks and all very easy arriving.
Coming home though, I found the signage not very good and ended up looking around the wrong car parks for my car.
The worse bit though was they tried to charge me £210 for 4 days parking as I left, I’d already pre paid £70. The chap on the helpline made no apology or explanation just opened the barrier for me.

2 Recent Poor Experiences

I'm sorry to say after many years of no issues, our past two experiences of using silverzone parking has not been great.
Last October at 4am the check in queue was around the inside of the building, our the door, right the way around the building to the key collection door....why not put on staff to man the desk rather than just rely on everyone using the self check in.....?

Last week, whilst check in was ok it took several circuits of the car park drop off to locate an empty space.....car parking for something that is pre-booked should not be difficult, it should be a hassle free experience.
I'm gonna give it once last try when we travel in the summer.

Parking at Silver Zone Bristol Airport

We use Bristol Airport frequently either for ourselves or to take / pick up family. They may as well cut their losses at Cardiff airport or should I say our losses as I believe it is actually owned by the Welsh government, and close it down for all the use it is to the people of south Wales. Anyway, when taking or meeting family to the otherwise excellent Bristol Airport, we use the free for 60 minutes car park at the car rental place which has its own frequent free Silver Zone shuttle bus service to and from the airport terminal. This would be a great idea if this small car park was not dominated by taxi drivers. There have been times when it has not been possible to park there due to most of the cars being taxis and of course the 60 minutes start as soon as you are through the barrier. Don’t these taxis have their own waiting areas?

Website bugs

It's not cheap but the real problem is a very buggy website that keeps timing out .. so frustrating.. I've tried to book parking 10 times in 2 hours on three different devices and it's timed out at the pay stage on all of them .. this is not the first time this has happened and I'm a frequent user - get a grip IT people

Allow a lot of time first thing in the morning

It has always been smooth before but not this time! We left plenty of time as we always do but last weekend was awful. We drove round and round the carpark with a stream of other cars to find no spaces at all. After 20 minutes a staff member moved a cone to open up more spaces. It was then a free for all!! Inside was very busy to drop keys with a number of flights leaving at the same time due to the delays in parking. Then buses were full and very slow to return. It took us nearly 50 minutes to reach the terminal and then we were nearly unable to check in. Really stressful. Silver parking need to be on their game with enabling space to park. Took way too long to react and with a lot of flights first thing in the morning not enough buses to cope.

Great Airport

The reasons why Bristol airport should recieve a review of five stars are simple,
Flight was on time
Boarding was quick and efficient
Easyjet staff were friendly and welcoming
Airport was sleek, modern and stylish
Everyone seemed happy and cheery
Overcrowding didn't exist
A lovely array of shops and businesses.
The transport system was well made consisting of several modern high capacity buses. Nothing was bad or terrible. Overall, a great experience.

Inadequate service

1. Getting to the airport by car is a punishment. Bristol City had not made an effort to provide smooth access to the airport + the frequent roadworks that slow and occasional block up traffic.
2. At the airport insufficient signs with information for passanger drop-off and pick-up. Since the airport began access reorganisation, it appears chaotic.
3. Passanger drop-off & pick-up demand excessive charge.
With the chaotic road access and lack of information signage, Bristol airport does NOT provide the expected service.
I guess they can get away with inadequate service because they can.

Damage to car

Returned to find car covered in brown sticky spots, no idea what it was but it wasn't on the car when we left it there, also wheel/wheel trim damaged as though car had hit a kerb when they were moving it, obviously no way of proving anything, just be wary when leaving your car here

DO NOT PARK IN SILVER ZONEJust had my car battery run flat again in Silver Zone. Last time they spiked the ECB with the jump start on a different vechile and cost my a fortune at the garage. I swore to near park here again but my wife took the risk. They drive the cars offsite and do whatever they fancy. No doubt a bit of joy riding around a field and some fuel syphoning. Bristol Airport is the worst rip-off airport in the UK - 8.50 to drop off

Car driven 10 miles without my permission while at the Silver zone

I left my car for two weeks and on our return found that it had been driven c. 10 miles. Checked the trip history and it looks as if it was taken out of the car park and driven at high speeds. The car is scratched in two places and I've no idea what damage has been done internally yet. Also found they have stolen the petty cash I had left in the tray in the car. I wish I had read the other reviews before booking. Currently the Airport is denying all liability and relying on its numerous exclusions of liability, all of which are likely to fall foul of the Unfair Terms and Consumer Contracts Regulations as far as I can see (just in case they've tried that on you).
This is the third time this has happened to me, other times at Heathrow and Gatwick. I guess it must be happening all the time but people rarely discover.
This time I have proof in the form of confirmed mileage and vehicle records etc, so I will update this review when I resolve it.
If this has happened to you as well, I would suggest we bring our claims all at the same time. Post a review and we can work out how to contact each other.

Easy Bristol Airport Parking

I used Bristol Airport parking for seven days in February 2026. The parking area is easy to navigate. You park the car and leave the keys in a drop box. On return, show your receipt and a customer service representative will guide you to your vehicle.

I received my car in good condition. A shuttle bus runs frequently between the car park and the airport, so waiting times are short. Overall, I found a good price and felt my car was secure in the car park.

If you are a fan of low-budget heist…

If you are a fan of low-budget heist films or simply want your vehicle to experience a "surprise inspection" while you’re on holiday, Silver Zone at Bristol Airport is the place for you.
I dropped my van off between 12:00 on 15 March and 18:00 on 19 March. Upon arrival, I noticed a couple of blokes in hi-vis jackets crouching by car doors. I initially thought, "Blimey, they’re either very dedicated to checking tyre pressures or I’m witnessing a live audition for Gone in 60 Seconds." Since they had badges and keys, I assumed it was all above board, despite them looking like they’d just been plucked from a "Scruffiest Staff" line-up.
Before heading to the terminal, I made sure a family-sized bag of Crispy M&Ms was in the passenger door for my 14-year-old daughter. I also had a tin of pop and a bar of chocolate in the driver’s door, plus a broken mobile phone tucked under the stereo.
When we returned on Thursday, we found the van had undergone a "security audit". My drink and chocolate were still there (clearly I have poor taste in snacks), but the family bag of M&Ms? Vanished. Gone. Absorbed into the Silver Zone ecosystem.
Now, listen: there is no fury quite like that of an autistic teenager who has been robbed of her confectionery. I spent the first hour of the drive home soundtracked by a one-woman protest against the "Great M&M Injustice of 2026". She is currently texting the entire Western Hemisphere about the betrayal.
To top it off, someone had clearly been rummaging. My broken phone had been moved and wedged back in "long-ways" instead of sideways, so every time I changed gear, I smacked the handset.
I’m genuinely curious: does Bristol Airport not pay enough for a proper dinner? Or is the "Silver Zone" service actually a "Silver Finger" service where they help themselves to the sweets while reorganising your dashboard?
Pros: Found a space quickly.
Cons: The "Valet" service includes a mandatory snack tax and a free repositioning of your bits and bobs to ensure you hit them while driving.
If you value your sanity and your sweets, maybe park elsewhere. Or at least hide your M&Ms in the spare tyre.
I have used this carpark at least five times in the last 4 months, generally theres no problem. Just keep your wits about you and be careful.

Horrible customer service

Due to terms and conditions, we weren’t able to park at their long stay off site car park and they have refused to even discuss a refund. We had to book short stay parking last minute at 50% more and they will not help or offer a refund.

Customer service on site and via email afterwards have been rude and unhelpful.

Stay away! Park anywhere else you possibly can.

Multi storey car park exit barriers

The automatic number plate recognition at the multi storey exit barrier is very poor and when leaving yesterday did not open the barrier as I approached, nor did it for other cars causing large queues. ANPR is very straightforward nowadays and can easily identify a vehicle registration whilst moving at 30mph+ and in dark and rainy conditions so quite what system they are using at Bristol airport is strange to understand as it struggles in daylight, under cover and whilst stationary. Very poor at almost £20 per day.

!!!!!!!!!Ripped my seats and refused to take responsibility!!!!!!!

If I could rate it zero stars I would! Do NOT leave your car with them! I collected my car at 12am on Saturday, returned home to see two cuts in the leather of the drivers seat (clearly the result of keys in a pocket or another sharp object) but because I wasn’t able to see this in the dark and didn’t notice until daylight, they will not take any responsibility! Absolutely DISGUSTING that their careless staff have caused hundreds of pounds of damage and they have done everything they can to avoid any accountability! I will never leave my car with them again and I would advise everyone else to steer well clear!

The most disgusting company

The most disgusting company. This is their reply:” Thank you for contacting us, we hope you are doing well. The booking will be cancelled with the admin fee and the refund shall be received in 14 working days. Feel free to contact us for further assistance “. This was 5 weeks ago and 8 emails later, still no refund nor reply. Please avoid. The official parking is only £20 more usually and you will not get things missing from your car. Their employees steal from the cars with cover from the company
