Easy to use on line system. Good pricing.

I would rate them 0 if it was possible. We waited over an hour to get picked up and taken back to the parking structure. At which point we were informed that we owed more money because we were there longer than the original timeframe. They would not waive the additional fee, even after we explained that the only reason we owed anything was because of how long it took for the shuttle to pick us up. The employees were rude and made no effort to remedy the situation. Do not use this company.

I booked reservations online and they changed my reservation time. I called to fix this mistake and the agent informed me they changed it due to being at capacity during those times. I told them it wouldn't work with my flight schedule. His solution was to cancel and rebook... although they were at capacity. Very odd problem solving, as this is exactly what I did before being in this predicament. Had to cancel and book elsewhere. Also, filling this out because they sent me an email to review, even though I hadn't had my parking experience yet and eventually canceled. Felt the need to share this feedback so it could be improved upon.

Lack of shuttle for more than 1/2 HOUR caused us to miss our flight. Attendant’s indifference compounded the poor service. Stay away!!!

We waited 30 min after calling them 3 times to be picked up with our kids after a long flight and after they hung up on us several times, we finally got an Uber.

I always use this parking garage & I’ll continue using !

Oversold parking upon arrival set us behind schedule and then waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at LAX.

Disappointing. Always the most expensive.

When I returned from my trip a car was parked behind me in a none spot, Backing out was near impossible, and while trying to back around the car I hit the concrete pillar braking my mirror.

Worst service ever.
It used to be perfect when it was 105. Now I lost my flight. I have to move two times and ended up having valet parking.
On the way back I called 3x and waited 45m with a full Truk and bags all over. So it was not just me.

Good parking spot and easy to access. Reserving on line very easy.

Conveniently close, and better less expensive price for three weeks parking than Parking Spot or LAX Parking. Waiting Room by Shuttle Bus pick-up on ground floor, is still under construction as of this date. . .

I park at the SB Parking every other week and sometimes more. Last week one of the employees 'scolded' me in front of other customers for not driving all of the way up to the top to park. I found a good spot on level four so I parked. I didn't appreciate the way he spoke to me.
This last weekend I parked and waited for 30 minutes with no shuttle going to the airport. The one guy working went on his break. So another customer and I took an uber. A female employee was working but offered no assistance or guidance in this situation.
On a good note, Erika, one of your employees, is always helpful and pleasant.

LONG WAIT TIMES. Only one shuttle running so we had to wait more than 30 minutes both at the facility to go to the airport and again afterwards getting picked up from the airport. Other companies' shuttles went by multiple times as we were waiting at the airport for the shuttle. Overall poor experience will not use again.

Will stay there again there was ample parking the staff was curtious and helpful. The shuttle was also quick and accessible. The pricing was great too.
