Stuck for 20 minutes trying to enter garage
There was a line of 15 cars lined up waiting for 20 minutes to get into the garage at 8pm on Saturday night. The problem as I understand it was the lot was showing as full and therefore not opening the door for cars to enter even though people had already prepaid. To make matters worse, there were no attendants on duty and someone from the building was left to try and help. I ended up arriving 30 minutes late to my own birthday party where I had a two hour reservation that got shortened as a result.
Prices constantly being raised

I was unable to pay with cash because the machine was broken. They took my info and when I went to pay there were 10.00 more in charges and the times were incorrect.

Paid for parking the morning of June 18. Never received receipt email with code to check in or out and had no way to contact support, so I had to pay again at the actual garage.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this worked. I did have to call the garage for help as their machines wouldn't read the pass on the way back out. Not a Parking.com problem. It was cheaper than the regular garage rates as well. I will use this again in the future.

The printed parking pass was not recognized by the scanner at the parking venue, and I have not heard back from my request for a refund.

Overcharged
Yes, I forgot my credit cards and cash. They were helpful in telling me how to pay online, but charged me $50.00 for a $17.00 parking fee.
