Double charge
At first I was very happy as I was looking for an affordable parking space in a crowded venue. So when I booked I felt relieved. On arrival to the parking lot, I looked for instructions. I reviewed them many times and I scanned the QR code as instructed. When done, I was charged again after I left the parking lot. So double charge it is! Sorry guys, not using it again. :(

My parking experience was great.Convenient to my location as well easy to access the parking on line .The only think I did not agree with there was a sign that stated .5 dollar parking after five pm Monday thru Friday and five dollars Saturday and Sunday .But the sign was not being acknowledged. They had a posted sign that was charging 25 dollars .I know for some events the price subject to change and that is fine but the 5 dollar sign should of been removed .
Helpful customer service.
I made a mistake because when you pay for parking, the site automatically adds a random license plate number (something to fix on the site, please) and I was in a rush and paid without checking. I realized I made a mistake and the customer service helped me get a refund so I could correctly pay for parking with my license plate number. Customer service was pleasant and helpful. For that, the price was worth it. Just please fix the site so it doesn't automatically add a default license plate and instead, prompts the customer to add their license plate number.

The lot was horrible trying to get out
The lot was horrible trying to get out. We had to back up all the way to get out. Very narrow. And I paid 60.00 for 4 hrs of parking because I had to extend it.

Could have been better
Your location was convenient. It could have been perfect. First thing we had to select was how long we’d be parked. We entered a couple of hours. Then, since it was Sunday, we were told it’s a flat rate ($15) for the day, After We Selected Our Time. If we’d known that ahead of time, we would have left the car after we ate lunch and returned for it after our concert. Then, we were notified that we could extend our time by phone After We Had Moved the Car to Another Location.
Good ideas - lousy timing.

Didn’t feel safe standing there
If someone scans your QR code, your site forces them to stand in the parking lot, or walk down the sidewalk, not paying attention, while having to enter ALL required information. Why not update your site allowing for auto fill or set it up like the Houston parking app. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Time and pay
Easy to pay, only thing would be choose more than the time you plan on staying in case of anything because if you want to extend time you have to pay the $20 again.

No one attends the lot
No one attends the lot. Homeless people are looking in the windows of cars. For the price on a non-game, non-big night? Pretend to have value.
