The experience was great it was pretty reasonable price and was convenient for my location

I, loved the service but I paid for 10 hrs and only used 30 to 45 minutes that day and was not refunded my money back. After I sent a response that my appointment was cut short. So please inform me how to get my money back. Other then that it's a wonderful service.

I was asked for additional payments twice in one afternoon after paying $26 for 8 hours of parking which is the day rate. Total charges after the initial payment were $10.99 and $15.99 so I paid double what I owed and then I could not get anyone to answer the phone number on the keyosk.

The meter in front of my office did not work therefore I had to set up an account online. This took more time than I had in the morning. overall the parking was fine, the messages received fine.

Downloaded your app. Input my tag number. Did not give an option for motorcycle or Harley Davidson. I was trying to pay for this but you did not give me the option. Lady booted my custom motorcycle wheel leaving behind scratches. Took $100 cash from me and did not even give a receipt. Your worker looked hell of rough, not professional at all. This whole parking deal was a huge joke.

Wish I had known about the QR code option before I entered the parking lot.

The $5 for Saturday parking fee suddenly becomes $5.99 because of a "service fee".

There was an aggressive homeless man demanding money and we didn’t feel safe. Took longer to enter all our information because he wouldn’t stay away and stood right next to our vehicle blocking. We had to keep moving around the parking lot to avoid him. I had kids with me as well and he was trying to get money from them.

It would be great if you add the option to cancel. For example if someone parks for 2 hr then this person had to quit the parking early he get refunded.

I got a fine for parking when I had paid online using the QR code posted in the parking lot and have the receipt to prove it. I also rechecked all my details that I entered and it was accurately reflected.

Very convenient location and ease of payment

The credit charging station doesn’t work. The QR code doesn’t work. It took more 20 minutes and after numerous tries that we managed to pay the picket. We almost missed the memorial service.
