Trying to rip me off
I was asked to set a time limit and “Kenny Chesney” came up and since we were going to the concert I chose it. The lot I was in gave 8 hours for $15.00 but I assumed that they were charging the extra $5.00 for an event. Then when I got out of the concert I had a FIFTY dollar bill for going over time! Complete and utter rip off! I was there LESS than 8 hours for five dollars more and then you try to tack FIFTY on top of that!!! Shameful and disgusting!

I parked here to attend second sunday…
I parked here to attend second sunday on main. it was close, convenient, and not too hard to figure out how to pay. I got reminders that my time was running out and the ability to increase my time if needed.
Adding time was not easy and got a ticket
The initial parking experience was standard but trying to add time from the text or the app was not intuitive. I was too far from the parking to go back to the car to renew. I could not figure it out and ended up with a $50 ticket for expired parking.

It took us 3 tries to finalize this payment..
Kind of irritating..

I paid my $7.15 and got a ticket!
I paid my $7.15, and I received verification that I’d paid. When I came back to my car (long before my allotted time had run out), there was a ticket on my car for non-payment!
I emailed to dispute the charge but am unclear as to the results of my email to the company.

Expensive parking options and…
Expensive parking options and extensions. I used this service on the Vine st in Cinicnnati. for an hour it costs $5+ and half hour extension was charged at $4. It's not a busy area and definitely not NY or SF to be this expensive.
Pricing advertised was very different…
Pricing advertised was very different than what I was charged. I request and parked for 1.5 hours and was charged $20.65. One hour was $4.50. No one is around to ask about it and if you want to just get on with your day, you really don’t have any other options but to pay, or to get back in your car and keep looking for parking.

It was very convenient once I got to the kiosk. I had to ask someone on the street where to go to pay, but that's because this is all new to me.

I received my text that my time was…
I received my text that my time was running out 1 minute before i got the text my time expired. i had no time to add minutes and was nowhere close to my car to retrieve the plate information again not to mention since our dinner was running way later than expected i would of had to leave in the middle of my dinner and friends, walk 10 minutes each way and come back to cold food. don't know why I got the warning text so late but because I did I got a $50 penalty. Not happy.

Carried my crying baby inside, paid a few minutes later, got a $60 ticket. They won’t let me dispute it, even though I paid for the spot. Cool business model.
I paid for my spot a few minutes after parking and got a $60 ticket. When I disputed the ticket they claimed they didn’t have a payment for my license plate, despite me providing a screenshot of the payment receipt. When I disputed the ticket and input my license plate number, they claimed they never received payment for my license plate because their machine doesn’t automatically caps lock the letters for the license plate number. They never responded to any of my further emails. Trash.
I received a parking violation
I received a parking violation. Once I realized the payment did not go through. (45 minutes later) I paid the parking fee. The charged me a $45-parking violation. I disputed it which they told me they did not have enough evidence. I provided my parking receipt. People make mistakes and I corrected as soon I realized it was not paid. I will never park here again and will tell everyone I know!
