Do not park here if you don’t wish to pay overpriced taxes/ fees. Also, if you have a mid sized vehicle, you will be charged for an OVERSIZED VEHICLE. We were not pleased with pricing for 2hour parking.

I was billed $46.90 extra
I was billed $46.90 upon requesting my car because it was 47 minutes past the 5PM. Being a daily car commuter and early bird arriver it should have been included in the original $22 fee I paid. I told the app I was going to be there between 6:30am and 5pm which is always an estimate. Early bird is always for 12-15 hours which I was under the 12 hours. Do they want us to estimate our departure for efficiency or just max out the hours to be safe?

Taking mass transit into NYC dinner and a show is out of the question! Uber is not an option either. Driving in is the only way for me so choosing safe parking close by was essential. That’s why I chose you. It took less than 5 minutes to reserve my spot, eliminating the stress of searching at the last moment.

I pre-paid for parking and when we got…
I pre-paid for parking and when we got to the lot there was a chain across the entrance and we couldn't get in! We had theatre tickets and had to find another lot (in a hrry) to park in opr miss our show. This was a very disappointing experience and I want a refund.

Keep your email just in case!
Even though upon arrival the attendant inadvertently entered my phone number incorrectly into his handheld device (off by one digit), so I never got a text message like he said I was going to. When I came back for the car and showed my original email receipt there was no issue or hassle getting the car as I had expected there might be.

Great location for my needs but the…
Great location for my needs but the entire experience is electronic which did not work at all. I was told my car was ready to be picked up forty minutes after I picked it up and when I did go to pick it up at the correct time, my request would not go through the system.

Very disappointed
Garage door was closed at the time I was scheduled to park. Had to park elsewhere. I passed the garage 3 hours later, the door was open. The attendant denied that the door was ever closed and refused a refund
