Very easy to reserve a spot and pay online before an event. Just talk to the attendant when you get there, they tell you where to park and that’s it. Easy in, easy out!
Buyer beware when entering your payment information. The 1st screen that comes up is a streaming subscription for a monthly charge of $59.95. If your not paying attention you will subscri... See more

Was forced to pay event parking fee $30
Was forced to pay event parking fee of $30(!) and was not going to the event. By the time I got to the parking lot event was already over and parking lot was half empty because people were leaving!! This is a common downtown parking lot. Charging $30 for parking is absurd to begin with, and charging event fee for someone who uses your parking for unrelated matters for less than 1.5h is flat out assaulting to your customers.

Buyer beware when entering your payment information.
The 1st screen that comes up is a streaming subscription for a monthly charge of $59.95.
If your not paying attention you will subscribe. I caught it before I selected the PayNow button. I backed out of it and paid for the parking.
When I got to the restaurant, I checked my mobile banking app and the subscription company had already charged my card for 3 subscriptions.....
I was able to get the charges reversed, but it took 3 days to resolve the transactions.
So sad to get scammed while just trying to park and enjoy an evening out with my wife.
First time hoops are a bit much, but its fun to go urban exploringhe parking system…
There was a time when one simply paid a parking attendant. Trying to figure out the parking system for the first time on a wet iPhone screen is not particularly efficient, but I suppose going forward parking here in DT KC will go smoothly

Was able to find a close parking spot…
Was able to find a close parking spot to thereafter I was going. It was a cold, rainy day so that was important. Only gave 4 stars because someone needs to assist with traffic when trying to get out of parking lot.

Very easy to pay and I got a messages to extend my time if needed. That’s very convenient.
Parking for two hours ($30+) was more…
Parking for two hours ($30+) was more expensive than parking for the event ($25). I was only in the lot for 10 minutes.. walked wife and daughter to venue.. then left.. was not able to contact a human being to see about refund. Ridiculous amount of money for ensuring my family was safe!
Really unsafe
Really unsafe, no security booth or person, my car got broken in, and stole my sunglasses, and my sister sunglasses he was visiting from California, my iPad, my phone chargers, and my my coins, kids tablet got stolen as well, and that’s what I could tell right now.
Loved it
1/3 of the price of those nearby and still in a decent area. Simple process, didn’t have to do anything but put the pass on the dash and park the car. Would definitely use this again!

It was easy to get in and out
It was easy to get in and out, was close to my event, and I like that it was linked to my license plate.
The lot could have been labeled better. Still not 100% sure I was in the exact lot that was named on my pass.
