Don't park here. They've marked their business as closed on google maps so you can't see all the negative reviews. You'll pay for parking, then get a $100 ticket for not paying using their app. When you submit proof of payment, they'll deny it and try to get another $100 from you.

Don’t book online

Was told by parking lot attendant that if we booked it online at parking.com we could come and go. An hour later when we tried to exit the QR code would not open gate. Pressed help
and was informed that they didn’t use QR codes and that we could not come and go so we were charged $28 for 1 hour on a Saturday morning.

Excellent service

I paid for 3 days and still got a parking ticket, had to pay for another 2 days so I wouldn't get another parking ticket or have the truck towed away or get a boot put on.

Location good. Cost inaccurate (more) than signage shows onsite.

Never had a reason to park in any lots but forced to due to no hotel parking lot… Chose what l guess made since… Price was decent for a day plus pay process was convenient. Probably wont happen again but can definitely direct someone else if needed!

Paying for parking was simple and the notifications were helpful. With just a quick scan of the QR code, I was able to process my transaction from my warm car on that chilly night.

The process was simple. I also received an email to let me know the time was ending and to add more time if needed.

Hard to locate. Open lot not well signed on a busy one way city street. Lot is in bad shape.

I've parked at the same lot for a few years. The parking.com requirement, versus the machine in the lot, is fairly new. There is now the cost of the lot, plus the service fee of parking.com. Fine, but... I parked in the lot on Tuesday and used the web link to pay for it. The fee was 99 cents. I decided to install the app and add my card to make it easier. After doing so and the very next day, Wed, the app fee for the exact same time and spot was $2.49. Is that because of the app or because it was a Wednesday? What the heck? So uninstalling the App and trying it through the web next week.

The site wasn’t working and ended up charging me twice

I packed and scanned the barcode and paid for the full data; when came back, I found a ticket in my car.

The app was easy to use. I would have appreciated knowing an extra hour would have been the same cost as the 4 hours initially purchased. I would have purchased 5 or 6 hours initially had I been aware of the rate structure.

Easy to make reservation, easy to find the lot, no issues parking.
