Super easy now I love how I pull up and it automatically charges me. The Wi-Fi in garage is very bad so sometimes I would be at the fat for more than 5 minutes holding up traffic because the app would... See more

The entry sign should say

The entry sign should say, "The gate code is 333"; the sign should NOT say, "Text '333' to ... ."
Similarly, the exit sign should state that the printed number thereon is the required "gate code".

It took way too long to get the parking…

It took way too long to get the parking done. Was stuck there at 2AM with 2 tired friends and they took 10 minutes to let us leave, requiring a hard working attendant to call multiple numbers and text us multiple times. Refund us immediately and fix it to be a simple ticket.

I'm not a big fan of QR codes

I'm not a big fan of QR codes and having to fill out a bunch personal information. And since I was there for an event where we turnoff out cell phones, it was annoying to find that there were requirements regarding exiting. Not getting the message delayed exiting. Thank goodness there was no anxious driver behind me. Too cumbersome for my taste.

Card reader stuck at reboot

Card reader stuck at reboot. Calling a 1-800 number and entering in email and CC info via text to website is a horrible solution because you don't want to hire an attendant at the booth to troubleshoot. Never using these garages again

Easy to get in and out…

Easy to get in and get a text code sent to your phone so that you can easily pay for your parking before leaving. You can store your payment information as well so there’s no hassle in getting out. You also get a text or email that shows how much you were charged and for how many hours. Great way to track your time and know exactly what you’re paying for

Too complicated!!!

Too complicated!!!. We followed the instructions and somehow we let the person ahead of us get out but we got stuck inside. We ended up spending more time trying to pay, holding people in line behind us, waiting until we call customer service to help us.
Having a person there was easier and faster.
