While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

QR code didn’t work and prepaid price was higher than had I paid there.

After posting my original review, a person from Parking.com reached out to me (thanks Julia!) and she made things right for me. Now, that’s what I call excellent customer service.

Made and paid for reservations online in Manhattan NYC to park a Ford Raptor, got to my destination and the place was under renovation so they would not take me. Attendant told me we don’t have room, we’re under renovation they know that when they booked you and then he tried calling some other parking garages and all come back no we can’t take you, get a refund. Day before Thanksgiving spent driving Manhattan looking for parking when I should have already been checked in and stress free, can’t get anyone on the phone to credit my card a refund. Will report back regarding refund if they return my voicemails or when I have time to wait out the automated phone prompts and get an actual live person to speak to.
Big Mad Thanksgiving
