I paid $11 for one hour of parking for a meeting at 160 Clairemont! This is ridiculous and I will never park there again.

It should not require you to download…
It should not require you to download an application to pay for parking. A website is easier. This made it inconvenient and it was more expensive to park in the deck than on the paid parking on the street.

Awful.
Well, when I start looking for a receipt. I didn't have one. It kinda made me think that I never paid. until I checked my account. That was really misleading. If you guys could just make it simpler. it'd be better for the user.

I am very upset
I am very upset! I paid for parking unnecessarily. I definitely did not want to risk getting booted. No where on the sign did it say no payment required during certain hours. The hours for parking were listed with information to pay. Signage was not clear with regards to complimentary parking during retail hours. I feel like the sign was purposely misleading.

Confusing
Because of the confusing signage, I paid to go to the Delta Community Credit Union, which provides free parking where Parking.com has signage.
