All you have to do is scan and put in your information it’s really convenient and go about your way only thing I would change is if you want to leave before your times up you could do so by changing the end time that you don’t need and get back some of the money other than that it’s great

Better than asking for exact cash! I would suggest that the signage used in the parking lot be the same and every one includes the QR code. Just noting the url doesn't work and not every instruction sign includes the QR code.

Should be a quicker transaction.
It seems to work fine but takes much longer than putting money in a meter especially if you are in a rush.
I know they want you to download their app like everyone else wants you to download their app. But like most people, I have enough apps and don't use their parking lots much.

I was very disappointed no one to ask a question. You have to know not everyone is computer or internet savvy. I made a mistake with adding minutes and I try contacting customer support and no luck. I finally got a person on the phone to talk to on the next day to see if u can get reimburse but I’m still waiting for a respond.

This dmv location is very convenient and there's always parking and the employees are very helpful, you'll be in and out.
