There was no parking spot so I couldn’t park there. You have to refund my money.

On-line reservation failed - when I arrived at the parking garage, the attendant required a QR code which the receipt that I had in my email was missing. When he attempted to plug in the reservation confirmation # manually, it could not be found in the system. I finally had to pay (again) on the spot. Ridiculous experience. Fix the process!

We had a great experience at this parking garage. The staff was a bit snarky but who cares, my car was safe and not damaged in any way when we picked it up. I actually videotaped all around my car when we got there because of a lot of reviews I read regarding so many parking garages damaging other people's cars so I thought better safe than sorry. It was nothing personal against the parking attendants, they did a great job in keeping my car safe and I apologize if I offended them, it was not my intention.

The process was very smooth. I made a reservation online the night before to keep my car there for 10 hours at a very reasonable price. we had no issues at all and did not have to pay anything extra when we left. I would definitely go back to this garage.

It’s very easy to reserve a parking spot on Parking.com. Then, we saved the parking pass on the phone and went to the parking spot. We showed the pass to the staff on the parking and he helped us park our car. The whole process is very smooth and convenient. I will reserve it next time when we visit the City again.

I was able to park my car at the garage with no wait time or issues! I made a reservation the day before!!

I went online, and paid for parking at a parking lot on 90th st, NYC. Upon arriving the lot was full, and attendance not receptive to the fact that I prepaid for parking. That is the large significance of doing this in advance - so you dont have these issues. Id like a refund.

Reserved and paid online but the lot was overfilled. Attendant was rude. Took my money ND provided no service.....scam

I showed up at prepiad, reserved time, attendant informed me there was no more spots. He could not recommend another place so, I had to find other parking which I eventually found. But I was now late because it was further away and had to pay 3 times more because of last minute, no reservations extra parking charges.

I cancelled my booking well in advance and have yet to receive a refund.

Attendant was very helpful and delivered our car in a very timely manner.

Worst experience.
I paid for my parking, checked on their website to make sure my Toyota Highlander was not oversized. It was not listed on their website. Went to the garage and attendent yelled at us to pay for oversize fee. I calmly tried to explain the website didn't list my Toyota Highlander, but attendent became rude and nasty. Ignored me and then told me to get out even though I already paid for parking. Very unprofessional. This was at the 189 West 89th st Garage in NY, on May 13 at 1pm. I ended up paying the oversized fee, but it wasn't the fee that bothered me, it was the experience. Terrible experience.
