I reserved parking but stayed later than anticipated. I expected to pay extra. In the morning I paid $22. Then when I was leaving I was being charged something like $36. Was this instead off the $22 or on top of the $22? There was no one to ask and all I got was 2 texts telling me to enter my card to avoid a slowdown (meanwhile there was no one behind me). A simple text saying 'hey - you were over- this is the difference' would've been nice. I still don't know what I ended up paying.

Easy to use parking in manhattan

Everyone there are excellent individuals and very personable.

Haven’t received a call back. Reserved a spot but wasn’t allowed in because the scan wasn’t going through their machine. No parking attendants were around so I was able to park in another garage with no reservation. Can you please credit my acct and have someone contact me my information was already left with them to call .

My experience with parking.com was great because it allowed me to find a parking spot quickly. I also use parking.com to get a better price where I park daily for work.

They didn’t accept my online payment they said my reservation didn’t exist so I ended up paying 35 dlls plus in person

I always deal directly with Robert, he is the absolute best. He's always friendly and respectful and keeps the place running smoothly.
