Convenient parking but the location was difficult to find -- better direction would have been helpful. We had friends who also scheduled parking there and they never could find the location.
Also, I was asked for a confirmation or registration number but there was none given.

the confirmation receipt gave us the address of 20 F street for the parking lot location, however there is no 20 F Street address. We drove around several times, asked several nearby parking lot attendants and they said it was not on F street. We called the number on our receipt and the person could not give us an accurate address. We asked for a refund so we could park in a different lot as we were becoming late for our meeting and couldn't find the lot. We ended up having to pay a higher price which we had hoped to avoid by pre-paying with your company. Later in the day we learned that the parking lot was actually on E street, with a very small sign that was not easily visible from the street. It would have helped if the correct address was on the receipt and if the person at the call center could have provided the correct address when I called. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Once at the garage, The staff were very helpful and kind. It was very difficult to find the garage since GPS could not help. The garage entrance was off E street although the garage address was F street. Directions would have been helpful in the app. The garage was located down an alley and behind a building.
