Terrible customer service from the…

Terrible customer service from the moment we stepped inside. Isaac who was the only attendant on site was rude, disrespectful and not at all helpful. He was not familiar with the system and attempted to charge us twice. I would never go back here. They also operate under Metropolis.

I prepaid for my parking spot

I prepaid for my parking spot, arrived on time and waited for half hour (making me late for my reservation). No attendant was visible and when he came up to the front, he told me to leave because he was full. I explained that I had a prepaid spot, but that did not matter!!!
I had to go and find parking elsewhere for 3 times the price in order to not lose my reservation. Sent an email to support to get a refund, and the response cane days later telling me to call.

I am a frequent customer of some…

I am a frequent customer of some parking lots that are under this app, I found it easy to use and I had no problem until today, I made a reservation for an early bird in the city from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., I had an unforeseen event and I arrived a little later at 11:00 a.m. to be precise, I also left a little later than the reserved time; I knew that there would probably be a difference to pay, however, surprise that when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, there was an employee that I had never seen before, this employee was rude and refused to give me the car because according to him I had to pay an extra $50, I told him NO, I'm going to pay you the difference, which is $29 because I already paid $21 and if not, I'll call the police or call your manager, he replied "I'm the manager", I told him fine then do what you have to do and charge me the difference and that will be what I will pay. Annoyed and in disagreement, he found a way to charge me the difference to complete the amount of $50. He also told me that he didn't think I was a regular customer because he had never seen me before. I told him I only come to this parking lot on Saturdays and Sundays. He insisted that I had to pay $50 and ask for a refund of the $21 that they had already charged. He told me it's yours. problem not mine, and I answered it is the app of the parking lot where you work, so it is your problem and as a manager you must solve it. The important thing here is that 1)He wanted to keep my car, (I was not going to allow this, it is an abuse) 2) Manager who has no management to communicate or resolve? 3) With disgust he did his job and complained that I should explain what had happened, to which I told him the explanation was clear; You charged the adjustment and the parking lot received its full rate so I don't see the problem. Anyway, I'm sorry that this happened, the regular staff was always friendly and attentive, today's experience was unpleasant and I don't know if I will return to this parking lot on weekly days

Didn’t open on time
