Extremely expensive not user friendly
It was $35 dollars to park for
Dinner for 2.5 hours. And I got a notification 2 days later that my “session has now ended” even though I paid for 2.5 hours, not 2 days. What a mess.

Bad QR Reader
The QR code kept saying there was an error on my husband's entry. He tried with two credit cards. I tried with one and gave up. I used the phone/text to reserve our spot and that worked. BUT, one of my husband's credit cards was hacked and used by someone. Not a good, secure system at all.

No QR code by handicapped parking. Going to parking.com only allowed monthly parking. just put a machine in that works and forget the app crap.

Careful they OVER charge and won’t respond to customer service requests
We parked in their lot to have dinner. The app wasnt very clear on parking but I scanned a QR code and set the timer to 2 hrs 30 minutes. The app billed me for 2 DAYS, 2 hrs and 30 minutes. I immediately emailed the parking.com with the confirmation number and informed them of the mistake. They have NOT replied and it has been 3 days….

A parking spot makes more than me
$60 to park here. Come to find out there was a free parking lot near by. I make $20/hr. A parling slab makes more money than I do.

Frustrated in the rain
Why do you need this much information to pay for parking? After struggling with construction and a torrential rainstorm, I just wanted to get to the restaurant. Standing in a rainstorm, I longed for the days. When you wrote your parking spot number on a little envelope, tucked in a few dollars and dropped it in the lockbox.

Credit Card Open To FRAUD?
I did not appreciate that the credit card payment would not allow me to move forward to pay w/o allowing my credit card info., to be saved. Clearly this opens ALL customers to hacks, BS advertisement and fraud! RIDICULOUS!
