The scanner did not work to get inside. The scanner did not work to get outside. I had to deal with the help button, which was somebody on the other end telling me to pay money to leave.
Easy garage to get too, close to our hotel with out paying their high parking fee.
We parked at 2101 South Michigan to go to a concert. It was easy to access the facility. It was pretty clean. It was difficult to get out because the scanner didn't read our cell phone very well.... See more

Solid until it wasn’t
The experience was decent up until my most recent attempt to purchase a parking pass here in Chicago. I spent the money to purchase the parking pass, but the QR code required to gain entry to the parking structure was simply absent. This resulted in me having to buy a physical ticket, essentially paying twice.

I had a terrible experience with Parking.com. When I made my reservation, I selected the correct day, but the system automatically default the arrival time for the evening before although I didn't need to arrive until the morning. I didn't think much of it since the time frame of the reservation was still within the window I needed. However, when I arrived, the QR code didn't work, and the Parking.com representative was extremely rude. Despite seeing that I had paid for the spot and hadn't used it yet, she refused to let me park. I had planned to park there for three days, but I ended up canceling the rest of my reservation.
Read the fine print! 2101 S Michigan.
There needs to be more clarity upfront as far as parking at this location. We didn't realize there was a one time in and one time out even though we purchased three days. The call center people are very rude and give you a run around. We experienced multiple vehicles having the same issues.

In stead of charging for how many hours, it charges for 24hrs which isn’t correct. It has overcharged my daughter and myself. We are tenants here @ 2101 S Michigan Avenue. Parking needs to fix this or give us a credit.

I liked the convenience of paying online and the qwerty codes for access but for some reason mine did not open the gates or doors and I had the one on my mobile and I had printed a copy.

Everything was great
Everything was great, the only critique I have is that the arm of the security bar going into the garage didn't seem to lift all the way and did rub on the top of my car. Leaving was fine
