I prepaid but was charged again when I picked up the car, now having to go through the unnecessary process for a refund.

Prepaid for parking because my son was having surgery in Manhattan. When we arrived I told the attendant I had prepaid and he asked if I paid for oversized parking and I advised I did. He handed me a ticket and when I asked about the prepaid parking he said to hand in the ticket he gave me when I leave. My credit card was already charged when I bought the prepaid parking. So when I leave, I handed in my ticket and paid for the parking, not knowing if they had charged my credit card or if they had just used it to hold the parking and you paid for the actual time in the garage when you left. Called customer and was told by “Mark” he couldn’t help and he would transfer to someone that could, no one came on the line, it just rang and rang. Called back and tried another option from the menu and this time was told by the automated system I was next in line and the wait was 1 minute, 10 minutes later I disconnected the call as I could not wait any longer. Tried to send an email through the website, which finally went through on the 3rd attempt. I received an email saying someone will call me, so now I will wait for a call back.

The parking rate was great only $14 to park for 8 hours. The service was wonderful fast and friendly.

Craziness, hard to find the garages. I went according to GPS and was sent to another garage. Nevertheless there was a no show for the reservation and they took over 80% of my payment CRAZY! I'm deleting the app and will never use them again!

Got to 220 E 64th st and nowhere was there an entrance. backed-up, got out, looked around and ran out of time so I pulled in to another garage right next store.
Cost me $36 instead of the $18 you offered and that I paid for. I'd like a return of my payment please.

Parking I previously reserved and paid absent at this address, moreover than this address was not at all and there was no parking of this company on this street. Another company that was on this street, naturally my payment did not recognize and I had to pay anew. I suspect that the company I reserved Parking was sold to another company, but somehow changed the address (or I was deceived with the address there). And your resource has not updated data and confused the clients

First time using this service & will definitely use parking.com again.
Everything was easy from using the website to finding a garage to having valet service at the garage. Parking attendants were polite, friendly and efficient. Also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend using parking.com

I parked at 222 E 65St. NYC, NY 10065. I had a reservation for two days and arrived one hour earlier than planned. Very personable and helpful staff were able to let me in earlier. It only cost me an additional small fee over my reservation fee. I was very satisfied with their courtesy and service. Well done!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I booked & paid for parking on booking.com and when I check out the parking people refused to accept this online payment and asked me to pay for the parking. I paid again to get my car out of the garage. I called and email for money back haven’t heard anything from them till now. Do yourself a favor and never pay for parking online through parking.com.
