Ticket was “invalid” at time of exit. Got charged extra for having to pay through text. Was late for my medical appointment because of their error. Do not recommend.

License Plate recognition
The system recognizing my license plate and gaining access without obtaining a ticket or having to stop and pay at the kiosk. I'm short so leaning out the window to reach the machine is frustrating....but not this time.

I only have one star because I had to…
I only have one star because I had to but I really would give 0. I was 3 minutes late coming out due to having to wait for the elevator. When I got to the gate it would not open. I pushed the call for help button and a person in another state came on who barely speaks English. I had to wait at the gate for 23 minutes before someone finally came up to help me. I was so embarrassed and I was late picking up my daughter.

This parking have customers in a bad…
This parking have customers in a bad uproar because we have to try to leave on time from work so we don't have to pay again just to get out. Yesterday I had to call for help to get out the parking garage from 25 s Charles st. Some people have to stay a lil over their time because of the work we have to do. Yes I know we put a leave time but we always can't leave on the time we put. Change the protocol. We should get out of the garage no matter what.
