$44 for 15 minutes!?!?!

I went online and purchased my parking pass from 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m and unfortunately, due to traffic we didn't get to the facility & park until 7:00 p.m. We ate dinner and were back to the facility at 9:45 p.m. The very nice attendant said "they are going to charge you extra for the 15 minutes".

NEVER did I EVER expect to pay $44 for 15 minutes of being "late" on my reservation and considering I didn't actually park my car until 7:00 p.m. (not their fault I understand) but paid since 5:30 p.m. no matter when I actually got there. I think that $15, even $20 extra would have been fair - but $44 extra???

And the facility closes at 10:00 p.m. so if I was a few moments later, they would have locked my car inside. Couldn't imagine how much THAT COULD HAVE been! Smh...

The man named Mahamad W, was the best he was so polite and sweet. Pricing was great for the time. Place was clean. But the best was him. I am from upsate NY and I will def5be letting my friends that go to the city know about this place

Price was perfect, seamless, nice attendants, location was perfect for world financial area.

This time around there was a GATE ATTENDANT on Vesey St.... AND the attendants during check in showed courtesy and helpfulness.

Your system charged me twice and your service people refuse to give me refund until I called twice.

Being able to schedule parking before driving to the city was amazing! It took a load off my mind and made the trip much more pleasant.

I was able to park close to the Freedom tower on a weekend. Parking was a smooth experience

Having to arrive after the arrival time is inconvenient. Staying slightly past the departure time should not be penalized by paying double. Icons rules are more reasonable.

I had a reservation for a later time so I booked a new one and cancelled the order, I received the email saying that it was successfully cancelled but never got the refund

The app does not allow a specific booking time (I.e. 6:15 pm, but 6 or 6:30 pm) and then arrival at the garage and in a stressful traffic situation, you cannot enter the garage. Had to pay garage’s full price to get in and cancellation of app. did not go through. All seems a scam to get triple the quoted price of the app. I will not use parking.com again.

The parking attendants were very helpful. Driving into the city can be scary.

Having never been here before it was a little confusing how it all worked. Place is secure and clean. They did “misplace” my car, turned out they didn’t update their app when they moved my car down a level. I would still use this garage again.

I paid online but it never sent me a receipt even though it charged my credit card. I showed the attendent my credit card receipt and he wouldn't accept that so I had to charge my card again to leave. I was double charged.
