The lot is very small and when it was time for us to go our car was blocked in by two other cars. We were standing in the cold until we were able to get the keys. Then it took us about 25 minutes to get out.

It’s outside parking but we didn’t feel worried or anything. The attendant was cool with us. I would give it a 5 star if it was indoors. Also what I don’t like is that we had to book it online but then at the end of the night the attendant was going to charge us and I think it was going to be less. Except that I had already paid online for more hours than we actually used. Eh …it is what it is in NYC. We would use this lot again.

I showed her my reservation and she said there’s no where for you to park and I wouldn’t receive a refund though i was on time for my reservation. Due to this issue i was late for my show.

Terrible experience. I would never use them again. Reservation failed to show up in parking lot’s system. After a 30 minute call to customer service I was able to process a refund.

I got to the parking lot and was told I cannot park because the lot was full. Was told to contact parking about refund. Still have not gotten a respond. I will be following up with my credit card to dispute.

He also seemed to feign not speaking enough English to have the conversation, I think hoping we'd pay the extra 15 a second time. I explained in Spanish, and he didn't have the courtesy to thank me for switching languages.
We had to stand out in 30 degree windy cold for 15 minutes until he finally called some supervisor and returned our keys.
I'm beyond angry that this happened, whether your systems are so poorly done that he had the wrong information, or he was trying to hold us up for an extra $15, I don't care. Either way, y'all messed up in a way that shouldn't have happened.

I went to the lot and was told there was no room even though there looked like there was. I was told get a refund. We were late to the show. Very disappointed
