TERRIBLE experience, they charged me 2 times, I pre paid online 1 day before to speed up the process and I spent 35 minutes in the location trying to solve the issue. Results? Had to pay online AND at the location, the local person didn’t allow me to leave without paying again. Total scam.

The parking lot was full of roosters
The parking lot was full of roosters.
Arriving at this lot around 5:30 there were maybe 6 cars in the lot and a pack or roaming roosters. I picked this location as it cast 20max and was only a block and a half away from my destination.... finding my way back at night was not so great. Downtown Miami is still a tuff place to roam around if you down know where you are

Dont reserve parking here. Its half price if you just go there and choose an alternative parking (many nearby)

$22 for 3 hours
$22 for 3 hours. Parked here by accident. Meant to park at the city lot next door. Signage is poor and easy to get mixed up.

Only in Miami…
I dislike the fact that one is charged a flat rate of $10.00 for an hour whether you are parked there for the hour or seriously under that!!!!!!
And the fact that you ask until what time will you be parked in the spot! If it's under an hour ($10.00) at the moment the short time is about to run out then you ask for an extension!

Expensive parking in downtown Miami
Other than needing to download another app, it was fairly easy to use. I put in the amount of time I thought I would need (expensive) but it was downtown! $20 for 7 hrs. Got inside the courthouse and was told I was dismissed, out $20 bucks! The app itself is easy to use
