parking garage indignation
When I pulled up to the parking garage, there was no attendant at the entrance and the door to the garage was not open. I had to get out of my car and walk into the garage via the service entrance. Again, no person at a desk unfortunately, and about five minutes later, the attendant was walking up the parking ramp while telling me in a hostile tone that he was busy parking cars. He also rudely criticized me for parking in front of the exit door when it was not obvious from the exterior which door to pull into. He gave me a claim check, even though I had a QR code on my phone, confirming the reservation, but he had no way to read that code! Afterwards, when I came to retrieve my car, a different attendant was there; he was not aware that I had pre-reserved a parking space online, and asked me for payment. It was at that point that I produced my cell phone with the screenshot of the QR code, and apparently that wasn’t good enough because they didn’t have a QR reader there! Fortunately, I still had the live link which had another identification number that he could record it on his ledger.
Does simply parking really have to be this inconvenient not to mention unpleasant?

Booked a week, not knowing I could not have in and out privilege at $30 a day for six days. The reason I drove the car from Atlanta to Chicago was to have access to the car when needed. The attendant allowed me to use the car on the day I needed and I appreciated that. The attendants were friendly and professional.

Horrible management
When we arrived, we were told the garage was full because his boss told him to “take more cars” without reservations even though they were already full with reservations. He told us that we could ask for refuse of our money but there was nothing they could do. Completely ridiculous! If you know how many spaces and reservations you have, why take more cars?!

empty lot, inflexible valet.
I arrived 30 mins late because of traffic. I asked agent if they could be flexible and let me start my 4 hours 30 mins late so I could stay 30 mins past my original time. He said no. The lot was empty. Why not he kind? Ergo, you get a bad review because your guy wanted to have a power trip.
