Good Experience
Good lot, convenient location, well lit, and easy to access, with no issues regarding our reservation. Only issue is that Google Maps lists location as a garage, not a lot. Probably more an issue with Google, since Parking.com shows what looks to be a lot in photo, but got confused when finding location, so figure it's worth sharing. Good experience overall.

Towed regardless
I had used the app and paid, yet the company that enforces towing did not receive the paid parking. My car was towed and I had to retrieve even though my parking pass was still active.

Car was hit
Parked for an all day meeting and came out and my car was side-swiped. No cameras, no attendant, call the number and employee wasn’t sure what to do. Started going through her emails to find another number.

Car was towed even though I paid for my spot.
If I could give this experience negative stars, I would.
I paid for my spot via the on-line service, and when I returned to the lot my vehicle was gone. It had been towed! Not only did I pay the astronomical rate to park in the lot for a few hours, but I also had to pay for an uber to travel to the pound and over a couple hundred dollars to retrieve my vehicle out of the pound! When I showed the pound my proof of payment, they informed me I would have to take it up with the lot (which is unmanned). I will never use this parking lot again!

Greasy asses
I tried to pay for the early bird special lasting from 6pm-5am Oct 27th-28th for $8 but got off work at 4:15 to no car only to have to pay $218.50 to get my car from the towing company your company had tow my car greasy asses

Almost Towed
Streets were closed for the run, had to park here and walk the rest of the way to work which was about 5 blocks away. Booked for 9 hours although my shift was only 8. I got a little lost getting back to the bar and I was 4 minutes late, I caught them trying to tow my car! For 4 minutes!! The guy felt bad after my story and put my car down but was a real jerk saying how it wasn’t his problem. It’s like they wait for your time to be up, thirsty to tow your car.

I got overcharged for parking
I got overcharged for parking. The sign said $15 for evening parking and they charged my card $29 instead. Double the price than what was advertised in the sign. Would have not parked there if I new that would happen.
