Cost of one hour of parking was 25 dollars same as three hours of parking. There should be an all day option. Overall cost to park is ridiculous
Expensive, small lot, small parking space and hard to park. Parking lot attendant was not the friendliest and kept making cars move when people tried to park.

The hourly parking rate was too high at $8 per hour. Nearby lots are more competitive.

Holy crap the price for parking in Atlanta. $13 for any time between 30 minutes and 4 hours. Who has this mysterious money and why do you think it is appropriate to charge these fees. Take your capitalistic monopoly somewhere else!

I paid to park using the website. I paid for 1.5 hours of parking, but returned to my car less than a hour later. When I returned to my car, I found a ticket on my windshield for failure to pay. There was an attendant in the lot, so I went to him to show him my email receipt proving that I had paid the parking fee. He was belligerent and argumentative. He kept claiming to have seen me park and leave without paying. He was adamant and refused to listen to me. I was finally able to get him to compare the time stamp on my email receipt (2:14 pm) and compare it the time stamp on the ticket he had given me (2:35 pm). Clearly he had ticketed me without bothering to check the payment system to see if I had paid. Rather than admit his mistake, he simply took the ticket from me and said I could leave; he claimed he was just taking back the ticket as a favor to me. I have never had such an unpleasant interaction as I had with this man. He repeatedly accused me of trying to deceive and lie. A very unpleasant experience. And I am still not confident that he actually voided the ticket.

$25 for 2 hours in Decatur is unreasonable. We were in 2 cars because my daughter was in the Decatur Civic Choir and we had to come from work to see her sing. $50! More than our dinner at Ponko cost!

The number to text payment was not in service. Did not want to, but had to, use QR reader to pay for parking.

It was 15$ to park in this parking lot for 30 minutes. What kinda high way robbery is that. This makes absolutely no sense!

Paid for 2 hours of parking but returned to car with a citation on my windshield. Although it wasn’t problematic getting it resolved I should not have received the citation at all.

Clumsy system. No information in advance if extending parking time is available. Need to have zone #s for easy access.

I was charged twice on Sunday, March 24, for the same time and place.

Clunky user experience. Doesn’t allow you to pay quickly using Apple Wallet.

The parking was incredibly expensive, but there were no reasonable alternatives, which is no doubt why they charge so much.

$25+/hr? Price gouging at best and not displaying pricing before you park!
