For starters, I was having issues with the billing going through because I use a credit union and not a big national bank, once I finally used a card that was accepted, some time had passed. When returning to my car there was a ticket issued saying I didn't pay to park there, but only because of the issues with my card that took some time to figure out but was paid. Other than that it was a great location and clean parking area.

I was only parked there for an hour, and I got charged $75 next week. I will not be parking there. I will find somewhere else to park for my orientation at Compass Housing alliance.

We arrived around 2:00 pm on a Saturday. The posted sign said 0-10 hours $4.00 on the weekend. I entered the location number and my license number in the app. There was no option for 0-10 hours for $4.00. I was not able to request 4 hours (the amount we needed). I was finally able to request 3 hours and was charged $4.99, which I paid. When I tried to extend, I was unable to do so. I called to extend and was told I couldn't because the time had expired, so I was supposed to start all over again. Since I had already paid more than the posted price, I gave up, but the whole experience was very frustrating.

Paid at 459 pm until 959 pm and was charged $40. At 6 pm price drops to 5 and change until 10 pm. I sent an email and no response.

Charged me $40 for 4 hours at an off-peak time. The rate was supposed to be $4/hr according to the sign. I emailed their support page and never received a response.

Just park after 9 pm still paid 16 $ even no security risking our Car waist of money . Govt just making money by putting taxes high with other things

Fees dont match up and the signage is intentionally miss leading. Area manager is incredibly unresponsive. I have call 4 times in 2 months and still have not gotten a message back. Customer service is useless. They dont listen to you actual question and no one can help you. The only person who has been helpful is one woman who works in the morning. I think her name is Deb.

Terrible! The website failed and I had to pay twice for parking. I emailed the company and they did not respond or refund the second charge. Hoping to see them amend the situation, although I doubt they will.

It takes a minute to get st up however now that everything is saved it is fairly simple to scan a QR code on the lot sign then pay for the needed parking.

This app takes too much time to load and is sporadically quirky . I have to retry 5 times to pay for parking some mornings and sometimes it works 1st or second try. Even though I set up a profile I still have to enter my license plate every time so annoying 😒

Very poor we were grossly overcharged for our parking over $50 for a mere three hours in the evening

I was given a ticket because it said that my pre payment was not processed. I have not been notified if my ticket has been resolved from my appeal.

Why is Parking so much with little parking lot space

Way over priced compared to other parking lots in the area.
