Parking.com pass was not honored at this facility. I had to pay out of pocket. Unhappy with my first experience using this service. Most likely will never use it again.

DO NOT PARK HERE
Do not park here. The parking attendant is sooo rude. He said "What are you doing?" and gave me an attitude throughout the time I was trying to get out. It's not my fault your machine sucks. It said I owe full price after waiting forever for the machine to load, when I had my ticket validated. I would never park here ever again. He needs to be fired.

I paid online $5 to park, then was charged another $5 fee because my parking pass wasn't read by the machine.

Used for the first time
Used for the first time and followed the instructions on the ticket. It said to call Assistance from the ticket reader upon exit. They told me they do not honor Parking.com orders and made me pay full price for the ticket. While that would be a one-star rating, when I called Parking.com to request a refund it happened easily. So we’ll be in the middle at three-stars. I’ll try it again one more time, but if it happens again, then never again.
