The website didn’t provide me a QR code so I wasn’t able to get into the parking and the app wouldn’t accept any payments. Terrible experience with both.

The checkout machine was not user friendly

Made a reservation days prior for a spot in a parking garage and when I went at my time there wasn’t a space available. Had to quickly find a new parking garage and was almost late to my event

Instructions for how to enter the parking garage, where to park, and how to exit were very clear. Google maps accurately located the garage using the provided address.

Lots of spots. Needed to change license plate and it was quickly done my the operator.

They stole my money and there where no spots

Booked a spot a couple days prior to event. Upon arrival all spots reserved as public parking were filled. Was able to get ahold of an attendant who directed me to the owner. The owner was FANTASTIC. He completely understood the confusion and little bit of frustration. He went above and beyond to let us park in another spot that was reserved for the building. Very nice to talk too as well. Show credit where credit is due. I WILL be parking at this location again!

We went into the parking lot and there is no parking spot available. We came out of parking lot. I try to reach out to the SP+office almost 10 times. No one answer the phone during office hour. No one return my call. Cannot get the money back.

Oversold the parking spots available. Numerous warnings about towing but nothing to signify spaces were all occupied save the reserved/gym membership spots. Unable to park with a clear mind.

It is so easy to make reservations and the price is reasonable. In addition, they give you detailed instructions on how to access the parking lot and what you need to do once there.

I prepaid for advanced parking online but when I entered the garage there were no open spots available. Very limited “public” parking and they will ticket/tow you if you park anywhere else in the garage. Would not waste your time or money!

super easy site and luved the very reasonable parking rate in the building I was staying at! The bar code worked getting into and out of the garage

Didn't respond to the question I submitted via your online portal. Also there was a problem with the scanner (as in it was broken) at the place I booked.

When we arrived at the garage there were no parking spaces available. We spoke to someone that day and they were supposed to refund our money That was August 6th. We have not received the refund to this day, September 11. I not only did not get refund but I had to pay for the place we ended up at. I paid twice the amount for parking. I will never use again!

Pre paid for this parking, but the ticket and Barcode on my phone didn’t work upon attempt to exit. As there were 2 gates, took over 10 minutes to get help and exit the garage as card didn’t work in either reader. Don’t normally give bad reviews, but was disappointed w the problems we had.

I paid for parking in my psych building online through you, only to get there, see signs saying they don't accept the online 3rd party apps, and my code reading "invalid" ending up paying $18 so I could leave. I was trying to avoid paying that much money, and ended up paying twice. Never using this service again.

The QR code wouldn’t scan for my parking pass so I had to pay for parking again. It felt stupid to have to pay twice. Will never use Parking.com again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased parking ahead of time. Got to the parking lot ahead of my designated time spot - no spots were available besides open spots allocated to another building - I would have been towed. As I was trying to figure this out, I was charged an additional 17$ for being there over 10 minutes - I ended up paying 26$ on the entire parking through this company and didn't even get a spot. Poor review and last time using this app.

The garage was not at all clear about where to park and my car was towed. Total fiasco.

My parking voucher did not work, and the parking attendants were very rude about it.
