My folks got a new place and whenever I…
My folks got a new place and whenever I visit I log in as a visitor to keep from getting a ticket. I tried a few different was but just going to parking.com works best. Their adress is remembered in my phone but I still type in my email and licence plate everytime.

This is the most stressful experience to pay.
1. I don't see any machine to pay close to the car.
2. I had to pay with a mobile, but I don't have internet in my phone.
3. I had to looking for internet to pay. (like 45 minutes. Fortunately I didn't have a ticket )
4. It' was so difficult to pay selecting the number of the place. I had error all the time.
5. I used: iPhone 6, 10, 11 and Android Galaxy 10 -> many errors to pay.

I'm living in canada , parking in canada but have to call a US number and pay long distance charges to park . Without any notification that there are extra charges.

Trying to create an account on the app…
Trying to create an account on the app and web site doesn't register my password correctly. Even tried resetting my password but it gives me the error that my email and password don't match.
