Overpriced at $14/day (after taxes) & they don’t maintain the lot at all. They have parking stanchions butted up right next to eachother or spread way apart, yet ticket people for “parking in two spaces”. The spaces are NOT evenly laid out. Two stars only because of close proximity to the 50th street turnstiles.

charged me for 2 parking spots. parking was $13, have to pay over $35. I was as close to the vehicle beside me as I could get. I will never park here again.

Don’t see why it cost more than 10 dollars
You rob the people that help keep this country safe. Why?

App said there was no parking available after already parked, wouldn't let me process payment. Had to switch lots. Made me late for work. Fix your stuff!

App was working and easy to use. Great communication from the app to my email.

For the price, it would be nice if the parking was paved.

I hate it . First shift the only ones has to pay for parking , on top of that people park crooked in the morning and if your not on the yellow block for parking they give you a ticket and say taking up two parking spots .

Super easy app to use. Very convenient, and I love that you get the warning text that your time limit is almost up. Then you get the option to extend your time. Great experience.

Parking was expensive but only place available at the time.

They put a ticket on my car saying I didn't pay, when I did pay. I have the confirmation number and everything.

I paid for parking for a work shift and parking lot was full of cars with nowhere to park. I called the number posted for towing and i was told that i would have to just wait for a parking apot when the point of the parking was for convince. And as a tax payer my hard earned money isnt to just go for waist. So maybe you guys need parking spots with number or a certaib limit to help people whos obeying the rules and laws posted and not collecting their hard earned money and telling them to wait for a spot that was paid for

The parking is very convenient for its location. The availability of parking spots is usually great, but only during a certain time. I try to come early in order to avoid the chaos. The only issue with this specific area, is there are too many people, that take over two spots, which I believe to be unfair, and unjust. Hopefully there will be some solution to this in the future. I appreciate the location, and I appreciate the opportunity given for us to make our walks less of a hassle.

Plenty of parking, but will fill up fast.

Rip off. The day meter has benn broken for a week so now I'm paying an extra . 60 cents a day to park. The people who own the lot don't care, they're making their money, and of course you making yours. The only people getting short changed is the people who have to use the lot for WORK.

Fee collection at the lot doesn't work, took multiple times to process transaction online. The lot is a terrible ditch riddled gravel dump that extorts a ridiculous amount of money out of people just trying to get to work.
