On line is extremely difficult & time consuming. Several on the lot just gave up. Need to simplify process and add signage to explain how to use. Hope that helps.

Convenient! 4-stars because it was too expensive! $13 to park for a couple hours in Baltimore, when comparable street parking was $1.75 seems abusive.

Parking lot was convenient to my destination and clean. The machine to pay at the lot wasn't working so I had to pay online and pay a service charge which I was not thrilled about.

When I pulled into the lot, I asked the attendant if this was the lot for the Walters Museum or if the museum had public parking. He said this was the lot and that it was $20. I saw the sign said $20 was a daily rate, but that museum members had an $8 rate. I asked if there was an hourly rate and he said no. Since I had my elderly mother with me who could not walk long distances and this lot was the closest, we paid the $20 only to walk across the street and find the museum closed. We immediately went back and asked if we could be given a refund and/or raincheck as we were planning to return the next day. We traveled over 3 hours from NJ specifically to visit museums in Baltimore and to have crab cakes at Jimmy's Famous Seafood. We had overnight accomodations booked since there were several places we had hoped to visit.
The attendant stated he could not give a refund since he already marked our ticket as paid and the best he could do would be to charge us the member rate if we returned the following day. I felt this was unfair since he certainly knew the Museum was closed and told him that I would like to lodge a complaint. I asked his name and he refused to provide his name. I asked him to call his manager and he refused. At one point, he started to raise his voice at my mother and I, but stopped when I told him not to shout at me as I wasn't shouting at him. I tried calling the main number for the parking lot, but it went to voicemail without offering the option to speak to anyone. I felt the man was not honest as he did not tell us the museum was closed and would not provide his name nor contact his manager for an approval for a raincheck.
Although my mother and I will be returning to the area to visit the Baltimore Museum of Art and other places as promised, we will not be returning to the Walters Museum. We have no intentions of giving this business any more money. Dishonest and unfair practices in my opinion.
Reserved a spot but when I arrived lot was full and I could not park. Called number provided and it went to voicemail.

Poor. At this particular site, instructions are poor & confusing. It took me a while to figure out what to do; codes to scan are posted too high on the wall, therefore not easy to scan correctly. The link appearing on the phone is too small & difficult to read. Instructions said "Scan code or pay at the machine", but there was no machine. I also had to pay an additional fee for overstaying the parking limit--got a paper notice on my windshield, but the link where to pay is almost invisible--printed in very small & light font. It should be printed in bold black letters to be identified immediately. Very frustrating experience that made me waste too much time!

The parking lot has numbered spaces (in some areas) and not numbered spaces in others. It was initially confusing as it seemed as though only the numbered spaces were part of the paid parking lot.
The website links were only in certain areas, and the only option was a QR code, which my phone didn't like until I got out of my vehicle and walked very close. An option to type the URL for backup when the QR code fails would be great.
The website didn't allow changing the parking amount to be less, only extending it. Since it looked like it was the same price for all day, I went ahead and just chose the full time, but didn't end up using it all. For metrics and such, I would think you would want to have a way to allow people to enter their actual end time and close things out sooner. Also in some lots where it is hourly, being able to change the end time to a sober time of you actually left early would be very nice.
I have not had to use one of these phone pay only paying systems before, and as someone who has been in IT and computer systems all my life, I found this system overly complicated and unreliable. I feel bad for any elderly people who have to try to navigate it!

I actually rate this as 0 stars but that wasn't an option. I supposedly reserved a spot and paid online. I got to the parking lot and there were no spaces and no one manning the lot. The lot only had maybe 10 spaces in total. This was a scam.

Easy - Clear - Appreciated alert if time running out and ability to add time from a distance.

Absolute garbage. ¨Reserved¨ a spot so I wouldn´t have to search for one and arrived to find an open lot with no control over who parks there, and of course no spots available despite having already been charged for one. I will never use parking.com again, it´s complete trash and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it. Would give it zero stars if I could. I don´t understand how these jerks are still in business.

The parking was near my destination and the process was easy to do.

I arrived at the lot and paid as signs instructed to do. Later I found out (by the restaurant staff) that I did not have to pay due to the time of my arrival. There was no parking attendant available to provide instructions/clarity. And the posted signs did not indicate a time frame. I feel taken advantage of by having to pay while other guests did not. Posted signs should be more clear

I received a bill on my windshield indicating that I did not pay but if you check your system tag number MATT3 You will see that I paid for my parking.
Please correct this error in your system.
