Super convenient - QR code in front of where I parked, reminder sent when time was running out.
Company replied
My car was wrongly towed in Chicago, I paid to get my car back while SPP promised to do a refund. It’s 12 days now and I’m yet to be contacted by any supervisor,
Made my experience great because it was available plenty of parking spots and easy access to the hotel.

It took way too much work to establish a connection. It was cold, and damp, and I had to load what seemed like my whole life long history onto your site.

I paid for a parking reservation ahead of time, showed up to the lot all spots were full except a reservation parking only, seeing as I prepaid I was under the assumption it was a reservation, it was not and my car was towed away, customer service took forever to get a hold of someone who transferred me to someone else’s voicemail who never returned my call.
The parking voucher you get tells you not to park in reserved parking spot but it is in fine print and in light grey text so underhanded maneuvers by them for not making it more obvious to their customers also how are you going to allow me to pay for a non reserved parking spot ahead of time but when I show up to the lot all the non reserved spots are taken up. You’re better off going to a parking garage or a lot with an attendant, I’m never using parking.com again.

The time expired while I was in the room with my doctor. When I attended to add time it said the session expired. I tried to start a new session but the app wanted information from the parking lot outside which I didn’t have, so I hurried out to get to the parking lot. Within 15 minutes a tow truck had already been dispatched. I was able to get to my vehicle before he hitched it to his truck. This was terrifying and very disturbing. I will not park in that lot again. I will take my chances on the street in the future.

Misleading prices
Misleading prices. Fine print says those are the walk up prices but they should not be advertised through the app then.
