Parking ramp was gated shut when I arrived. Couldn't park there but was charged.

I reserved a spot in advance of a game…
I reserved a spot in advance of a game I was attending. We couldn’t enter the garage (appeared to be completely closed and no entry reader) and parked in an adjacent garage (605 Plum vs 655 Plum) which had the same operator but they would not honor our reservation so we paid twice. Will not be using this garage again.

I loved the location of the garage. I didnt realize I had to prepay for parking and then pay to get out after I put my ticket in. I left out the same way I went in. I paid over $13 for parking. It wasnt clear that I had to pay double or go out the other entrance.

great price, location, and very safe
I was impressed with the safe environment. The garage was clean, well lit by lights on motion sensors. I loved that no tailgating was allowed so I didnt have to worry about drunk people. I could pay on my phone, so no credit card ever left my car. I definitely will use them again
