I was able to make a reservation on line and the Attendant, Mikey Mikey was curteous, helpful and very pleasant.
I made a reservation on parking.com with paying amount of 154$ CAN for 3 days in New York. I had a QR code. On the spot, I had to connect to another system with my credit card. Even if was promised that there wouldn’t be a double charge, I’ve been charged 173$ US on my way out. So I paid around 400$ CAN total instead of 154$ as supposed. No sign of a refund yet.

UPDATE : you guys were suppose to refund the 173$ USD, but you refund me the 107 CAD, that’s not fair. !!! At this price, I had choose an other place. I tried to send email at ASKSPNY and CUSTOMERCARE, and also call at 800-836-6666, but nobody care and nobody want to help me.

I made a reservation, paid in advance, received the QR code…so far okay.
We arrived into the garage and the guy did not let us in because we didn’t have US phone number!!! He was not able to do anything to just let us in as he insisted on the confirmation via code but system did not know any European numbers! Even when I showed him that I paid and got the QR code confirmation, he was still repeating the same and told us to buy the US SIM card…So we lost money and had to find another garage in New York but from different provider.

The parking manager was very kind and helped me with my car. Being an out of town person and new to the reservation system, he helped me access the website and made sure I was specific about the address of the lot and then I parked my car. Thanks!

I made a reservation last week for a parking spot inNYC that I usually use and when I got there they refused me because they had a construction issue and were only accepting monthly clients. Parking.com refunded the cost quickly. Great service

I pre booked parking for 95th street near Broadway. My daughter was in a dance competition there. When we got to the parking place, the attendant wouldn’t honor our pre booking. He said they were full and that we had to go elsewhere. So after a frantic half an hour of driving we finally found another park and paid almost twice as much. If there is a chance of being full, don’t sell parking in advance! Luckily I did get a refund.

I reserved this parking online, but when I arrived the parking person told me that there is not space for my car (parking is fully packed). For my question why you sell a parking spot and can't take my car - the answer was "I don't know and don't care. Connect to a web site where you purchase the parking ticket and maybe they will return you your money. But if you will ask me with some "respect" I can try to help you." After this he found a spot for my car. Bad experience.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I reserved a spot at a lot in NYC. When we got there, the attendant told us to show paid parking pass when we checked out. When we checked out he said we had no reservation and couldn’t see our reservation number in the system (I witnessed this) and he proceeded to charge us the fee we already paid plus an additional $20. Will never use this app again. No one answered the phone at customer service nor replied to our email.

I was able to purchase parking to a garage that was already closed and no longer taking cars in. When emailed to request a refund I never heard back from them. Waste of money.
