The process was slightly confusing

The process was slightly confusing! I thought I was supposed to scan an QR code to get out of the lot, but as soon as I got to the gate it opened, so I left the lot thinking everything was good. I received multiple text message about receipt of payment, then non receipt of payment, then card did not go through. Then my card was charged 3 times! I called customer service and they said they could only refund one payment. So I am still being charged twice for one transaction.

Not very efficient or intuitive...

Was charged more than the required payment!

I think the parking facility itself was good however, I pre purchased parking for an event through way.com. After I parked I wasn’t sure how my parking pass would be validated so I got online to scan the code to park and the site would not let me enter anything. I ignored it until I was about to leave and the park attendant saw my pass and said it was good. He opened the gate for me and I left. A couple of days ago I got messages asking for payment before risking a citation! And of course there is no phone number to call or anyone to talk to, so I ended up paying another parking fare!! Total payment for this parking was close to $30!

And I have no way to reclaim any of it!!!

SLOW Exit

Finally got the second elevator working so access to the upper floors is faster, but traffic exiting the garage is SO slow, you might as well go have dinner or at least a drink, since you will be sitting in your car for a half hour or 45 mins. anyway!

This was the worst parking experience EVER!

This was the worst parking experience I've ever had. We have parked at this garage for 10+ years to attend the Paramount shows and before parking.com took over, it was amazing. Now it is awful. The new payment system is ineffective, slow and unnecessary.

You have to scan a QR code, create a profile and enter your payment info to pay for parking. Then once you get to the exit gate, you have to scan again and tell the website the number written on the exit so it will let you out. There is no option to just pay your fee at the gate. There's also very limited signage telling you what to do. Because of this, it took 1.5 HOURS after we returned to our car for us to exit since we were on the 5th floor and none of the cars trying to exit before us knew how to pay and had to sit at the gate to do the entire app payment process. We actually reparked and left to go sit in a bar since we hadn't moved in 40 minutes from our spot in line. We also had to pay our babysitter to stay extra time since we were so late getting out

Not to mention there are tons of elderly customers who probably aren't tech savvy. So I am sure that slowed it down. This experience was so ridiculous. We will never park here again

While asking for assistance with validation, the attendant reached into my car and tapped pay on my phone. I ended up paying full price when it should have been discounted. The attendant had no right to charge my card without my consent nor to reach into my vehicle and touch my phone:

Absolute crap show attempting to leave…

Absolute crap show attempting to leave the parking lot. It took over an hour to get out of the garage with the new system which is asinine. We've been parking in this garage for years for shows and it's never even taken a 1/3 of the time to leave the garage. If you're going to screw it up this bad at least offer a discount. The lot employees were extremely kind and patient given their crappy circumstances

New system a hassle

The instructions for using the system were not at all helpful. Nothing worked the way it was explained. The lines were long and people frustrated. Twice have not been prompted to use validation.
