Doesn't accept Visa cards for payment
The payment process did not accept my VISA card. I called them and they said Parking.com was rejecting it for some random reason. My Discover card worked just fine.

Expensive for no good reason
It is too expensive. $15.99 for an hour?! REALLY?! The economy is not that bad! Also, for that price you should have armed officers on the lot!

What made my experience great is the reasonable price of parking and that my car was protected from the elements. I also loved the convenience.
What would have been helpful would have been better instructions how to get to the parking area. Also, the printed copy of my reservation was not needed because the attendants only look at your license plate to confirm your reservation at this location.
