The payment process did not accept my VISA card. I called them and they said Parking.com was rejecting it for some random reason. My Discover card worked just fine.

The site was very convenient, I felt safe and it was lit well. I found it difficult to estimate the time needed to deal with Social Security so I overpaid for parking however,.

It is too expensive. $15.99 for an hour?! REALLY?! The economy is not that bad! Also, for that price you should have armed officers on the lot!

What would have been helpful would have been better instructions how to get to the parking area. Also, the printed copy of my reservation was not needed because the attendants only look at your license plate to confirm your reservation at this location.
